​​The Georgia Opioid Crisis Abatement Trust is a Qualified Settlement Fund established under the Memorandum of Understanding and administered by the Trustee and the Georgia Opioid Settlement Advisory Commission (“GOSAC”), in coordination with the Regional Advisory Councils (“RACs”). Both the Trustee and GOSAC are committed to the responsible use of Trust funds to support abatement efforts and recognize the importance of a transparent, accountable process.
